Mik and Zach were punctual, fast, and friendly. They answered all the questions that my mother in law had. They explained everything thoroughly, tested it out, and then had my mother in law get on it to test it. They took their boxes with them, which was great! They were an excellent pair and Mik complimented Zach so well and called him King Zach because of how awesome he was.
Mobility123 Did a very good job installing our new stairlift . They arrived on time and were efficient . The cost was as good as i found online and I would have to install it myself. They did everything and neat and clean.

Our experience with this company was very good. The receptionist was so nice! The salesman went over everything with you and was very thorough. He was not pushy at all. The man who installed the lift was polite and made sure my mom understood how to use the chair. My hardwood steps had a few knicks after the install but just noticeable to me. It’s been almost 2 months and so far everything has been great.
AJ was efficient professional and courteous. He even helped me place my book case back.
We own the 2nd floor of a duplex that was being built. I order to ensure that all of our friends and family, regardless of their physical abilities, would be able to visit in spite of the 28 stairs up to our unit. We contacted Mobility 123 months before our new house would be done and they were happy to come out, look at the project which had many twists and turns and quote what we thought was a fair price. We had to wait for all of the flooring to be installed before they could do the final specs and then the chairlift was custom built for our stair tower. This took about 6 weeks and we weren't there when it was installed so our friends oversaw the work and did the 1st test drive. Everyone including the salespeople, project manager, the guy doing the specs and the installers were easy to reach, professional and communicated well. The only hitch was that we were initially told there would be a lock on chairlift to prevent unauthorized use but there wasn't. Fortunately there was another way to disable the lift however if you feel the lock is necessary, make sure you request it and confirm that you received the product with it. Overall this was a great experience.
AJ was just amazing & did an excellent job! He was very professional with a great personality. AJ was also very, very knowledgeable & made sure I knew exactly how to operate my stairlift properly. Great first call! Cassidy immediately lowered my blood pressure, laughed at my attempts at humor, and worked around my schedule. And repair service? Zach is the MAN. First job on a Monday, and he has to put up with me! He bravely went after the battery compartment on my 950 stairlift, knowing full well it wasn't going to be a 10 minute fix. Seriously though, he was very careful about keeping the work area clean, tolerated my company, and taught me much about the workings of this beast. Please see that he gets his Gold Star for the week. Then Amber was great to talk to following completion of the job. Soup to nuts, very professional.

Got the stair lift for my son. So far so good only wish that it went up to landing instead of last step. Works great though! Have relief for falls on stairs was definitely a great investment and everyone at Mobility 123 was professional and helpful. One concern is we thought there would be safeties to prevent chair from moving if arms not down we found that chair operates without arms down. Bruno should look into putting a safety in place to prevent operation if arms not down.

We hired Mobility 123 to install stair lifts for my elderly mother’s condo. We chose the Bruno Elan and had a unit for each flight of stairs imstalled. I bought 2 chairlifts to help go up and down when there is a pain in the leg. It is very useful and used few times every day. Although many companies sell and install chairlifts but I found Mobility123 rate is very reasonable, workmanship is professional and promopt response. I am using this for last 3 months and having no issue. I recommend this company to everyone whosoever may need this comfort and convenience.
My 93 year old mother's lift at the shore had been broken for over 3 years. The circuit board had been removed and lost. No maintenance had been performed. I called Mobility 123 and Brett and Tom responded in a timely fashion and restored the lift to full functionality. About a year ago, my wife developed some health issue that was making it very difficult for her to go up and down the stairs. We started evaluating several options to make it easier for her. The first option was to move to a single floor home. my whole family discounted that option right away as we all love our home very much where we have been living for 42 years and have done numerous upgrades and improvement over the years.
The second option was to convert the living room into a bedroom and connecting the powder room changing it to a full bath. It was also disapproved as it could have limited the space for entertaining the guests.
The next option was to have a chair lift. Since our stairs are right in front of the entrance door, its location was not very appealing and also the landing point in the upstairs hallway was not very attractive.
We then started looking into a home lift. After shopping around many different elevator places, we liked the one from Stiltz in their showroom. However, we wanted to see a unit actually installed in a home. Stiltz salesman was very cooperative and arranged our visit to 2 homes to see the actual units installed. we were able to see how the space looked when the unit was stationed on lower floor; how did it look when on the upper floor; and while the unit was moving up and down. We really loved it and decided to go for one. However, now the issue was where to put it in the house so it does not look awkward. We were very pleasantly surprised when the salesperson suggested a location that was unbelievable. No one will know that we have an elevator in our home and we did not lose any living space. It rests in one little area where we enter from the garage and comes up in our Master bedroom closet.
When the township inspector came for the inspection, he walked down the whole floor and had to ask us where is the elevator (because he could not see it). He made a very positive comment about its excellent location.
My wife loves it and it makes us all very happy.
The office staff has always been very helpful in answering any question or with any assistance needed.
We could not believe that just like a non-invasive surgery, there was very little construction involved (about 6 hours in breaking the ceiling between the 2 floors and fixing it).
